Boat Ramp Repair

We were having some washout issues at the boat launch. So we brought in a load of environmentally friendly rocks to fill in the area.

The guys all gathered to offload the rock.

Of course, everything's a party at Griffwood. So Sandy, Nancy and Peg made some delicious sandwiches for all to enjoy! It was a great day!

Broker Open

November 15 was a picture-perfect day to invite real estate agents to Griffwood for a Broker's Open. Marcia, Carol, Paula, Shirley--Event Hostesses--are shown above with guests Darrin and Terrie.

GleeAnn and Paula met in the Clubhouse kitchen at 6am to make the delicious finger sandwiches!

Yogi manned the newly-painted office .
Margaret welcomed our guests and made sure we collected their business cards for prizes and gave them each their gift from Griffwood.



Our "golf cart taxi brigade" included Paula, Arlene, and Arleen (above) as well as Joe, Norm, Frank, Hugh, Jake, Bernie, GleeAnn. These folks drove our guests around the Park making sure they saw the Park and the homes available for sale. They were great!

Shirley (above left) was a wonderful Hostess!

It was a fantastic event, and we thank everyone for volunteering, Alan and crew for making the Park look wonderful, and our guests for coming.

A Party for the Shuttle that didn't Fly

Carol, Paula, Bob, Aggie and Hiedi toast the shuttle Atlantis a little ahead of its Monday scheduled flight. It was such a lovely day. We couldn't pass up the opportunity to visit at the dock!

November Weather

Just a lovely day today! The lake is, I'm just sure, full of little fishies waiting to be caught!

Broker Open - Nov. 9

Halloween Potluck

Paula made TWO pumpkins pies, and both were delicious!

Sandra and Jerry arrived today as did Ham and Alice. Love it when the snowies come home!

Snowies

Our flock of snowies is returning south for the Winter! Welcome Pat and Jim and Donna and Will! Potluck tonight at the clubhouse. Happy Halloween!

Paula and I were out early this morning, and this is what we saw at the lake. Oh yeah, those two "dots" are gators out for their morning constitution!

Saturday

Good Morning! Watched the sun rise over the lake this morning. Ben and Ed went out fishing. There's a marvy estate sale going on up the street. The sun is shining, the breeze is blowing, the snowies are arriving--Hello to Tom and Daisy, Mark and Millie and Paula and Mark! Ahhhhh...it's the life. Com on down!
